The example of our customer from the mechanical engineering industry proves: by intuitively mapping a production step, employees no longer have to search for information on an external device. This results in the following time saving:

1 hour per day * 5 users = 5 hours per day, makes about 1200 hours per year plus 15 hours per year of training and education costs.

Often decisions regarding the user interface of software are made on the basis of non-validated assumptions. This is a serious mistake. Product managers need to keep in mind that in the end it is not the product manager who will interact with the product but a real user.
